INSANITY INSTRUCTER training day! V tired, as we did the whole workout first, but then went through each individual move slowly again, and THEN each set again the full 3 times to practice our teaching (so either teaching or doing it - easier as we did a lot of the modifications but still a lot of moving around!).

Absolutely shattered today. Felt totally fine in the morning and then it all hit me about 11, soooooo tired. Ended up going and lying in the sun behind some trees for about 4 hours, lots of stretching and then did some acro when I felt more alive. Much better now
