Corrour, camping. V nice people last night let me camp by the lodge. Walked down to the Loch today and set up again. Tried to run but hip way too sore, back felt awful, just limped around in the rain. V depressing for a while but felt very peaceful by the next morning, sad to leave! But definitely need to see a physio, just seems to be getting worse!

Hip still tweaking, nowhere near as bad as before though. Will keep stretching and hopefulyl something will loosen up, whole lower back and hip/etc feeling v weird

Run to over Arthurs Seat to the seaaaaa! Then a dip, then rush to work (I was late - but worth it). Wasn't even that cold! (no wetsuit, and I swam about a fair bit)
Need to get out running before work as much as possible at the moment as it's the only time I can see daylight
BUT - bad news, my right hip was hurting loads. Limping around all day afterwards. Realised I actually haven't stretched or done ANYTHING since the OMM so no wonder. Hopefully lots of yoga will sor ti out.
