swimming (Sea) 5:00 [1]

Lismore - colddddd. Lots of shells - very sharp. But so nice!
2 PM

Running long 2:56:00 [3] 24.28 km (7:15 / km) +417m 6:41 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite

Lismore. Soooooooo tired today - almost fell asleep when I stopped halfway round. Meant to do 3.5 hours but just too tired.
Ran around the edge of the Island as best I could - really nice for the first part then got to a bit with loads of sheep fields - and a farmer asked me to walk as if I scared the sheep they could get separated from their lambs....
So some of the run was actually a walk! Which was annoying as Lismore is basically all sheep fields...
So had to do a bit on the road at the end, bluegh.

But glad to get it done before heading off to Lismore! Wahoo!

Late night swim wahooo! So much fun, and didn't feel too cold (much warmer being full of food & beer, than early mornings swims)

Insanity-type but own exercises. GOOD.
Now mentally prepping myself for my 4.30am run tomorrow...

Running warm up/down 34:54 [3] 6.27 km (5:34 / km) +75m 5:15 / km

Running hills (Carnethy) 16:00 [3] 2.21 km (7:14 / km) +229m 4:46 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite

1-2-3-4-3-2-1 pyramid, jog back down in between. Not too long today. HBT turned up halfway through and were using the same stretch, so everything got a bit faffy so the rests were quite long, bit of standing around.
Glad I did it, but almost didn't go as calves feeling weirdly weird (especially left). However glad it was a shorter session than normal, and I skipped the run to the top at the end.
However am now feeling veryyyy tired and have a sore throat. But sure I will be fine. Will go in the sea tomorrow and that should cure it I hope.
