Really really REALLY hard to wake up this morning. Felt really exhausted and head-achy. Went away in the day but felt rubbish again by 9pm.

Quick lunchtime blast! So much fun. Wasn't raining! Felt like I was running fast but time/distance says otherwise.

Up and down what felt like a zillion billion hills on what I expected to be a short not-too-hilly route! Quite a ridiculous route. How we found over 900m of climb in that area I have no idea (although my legs are not surprised).

10km running route at Whinlatter. Nice, glad I did it, BUT sooooo wiped out after sports massage. By end was super seized up. Wore shorts in the rain - muscles got all cold.
