Totally wiped out today! Like yday morning, woke up and immedietly felt exhausted and had a headache. Ended up doing barely anything - late breakfast, watched some friends, then had a coffee to try and get some energy but then went and had a nap/read book for hours, then finally managed to walk to the lake and swim. Glad we swam but didn't enjoy it like normal when I was in - didn't seem to get used to the cold. Soooo little energy :(
Hoping to feel better tomorrow and do my long run then.

16 mins warm up, then run back from near-ish the top of Hen Comb after the last rep. Super fun.

4 x 10 min tempos up Hen Comb. Not flat out, but running hard. First one from where the path starts going up to the bottom of Melbreak - this one a little interrupted by gate & crossing the stream. The third had short downhill over the other side of Hen Comb, then the final one was mostly downhill off Hen Comb, with just a short climb at the start!
Loads of fun, beautiful, cold wind.
