Mountain biking! On path between Ard Crags and Causey Pike, then back over Whinlatter but on the track from Thornthwaite. Fun!

Again woke up feeling exhausted! Basically lay around ALL day, then finally at 4 managed to convince myself to go for a short jog, taking headtorch & snack in case I felt inspired..... and almost immediately felt sooooooo much better and ran round both lakes! So great. Also SO weird as I really really felt awful beforehand.
