Trying to figure out my Lactate Threshold. Can't believe I've got so nerdy.
Meant to do 30mins hard uphill but soooo windy (60 mph on the tops & gusting even more), so did it on the road instead. Also got a ridiculously bad stitch at 10 mins and had to stop for a rest.... and after that felt soooo slow and just could not move, Eurgh.
But no way I'm doing it again, so average HR seems about 185bpm... now to figure out what that means!!
