So slowwwww. Have that really exhausted feeling again where I just want to lie on the floor. Thought running would make me feel better but still just as tired - was good to be out though, just felt like a snail.
But useful - was trying to measure Aerobic Threshold, think it's at about 155bpm.

THIS is why I normally do it pre work.

NOTE: Having gone away and done more Googling I think I was trying to run too hard and was in Zone 4. Depressing as I was still so slow. Gonna try do another one sometime when there isn't a hurricane.

Running warm up/down 24:00 [2] 3.8 km (6:19 / km) +40m 6:00 / km
shoes: Salamon Sonic RA Pro 2

12 mins warm up, 12 mins warm down. Included some drills and GoPro faffing

Running tempo 30:00 [4] 6.7 km (4:29 / km) +77m 4:14 / km
shoes: Salamon Sonic RA Pro 2

Trying to figure out my Lactate Threshold. Can't believe I've got so nerdy.
Meant to do 30mins hard uphill but soooo windy (60 mph on the tops & gusting even more), so did it on the road instead. Also got a ridiculously bad stitch at 10 mins and had to stop for a rest.... and after that felt soooo slow and just could not move, Eurgh.
But no way I'm doing it again, so average HR seems about 185bpm... now to figure out what that means!!

Crazy crazy weather!
