Cycled to work as bus times didn't match up anyway and weather was amazing! Yesterday felt so much easier - didn't realise how uphill it is to Windermere. Not in metres but lots of slightly uphill gradients that made it seemer harder than it should have!
Also zoned out and went on autopilot and ended up at Plumgarth roundabout -- so risked it and went along the main road. Not a good idea; fine today as it was Sunday but deffo not a cycling road. Fun to have cycled to work though.

Amazing run with Hannah and Nic. So sunny and beautiful and great. Up Yoke - ran way more of the uphill than last time, yay. Then lunch at HG after - yummy.
