Easy few hours with Hannah K. Bus to the St Johns in the Vale junction, then up the three Dodds, Helvellyn, Nethermost and then back via Grisedale Tarn. Missed the bus from Dunmail Raise so hitched back to Kendal! The promised sun didn't appear but it was a good day out.

Ankle (left foot inner side) bugging me a bit on the downhills... needs some TLC I think (and foot/ankle needs to get STRONG)

Grasmoor - Crag Hill - Sail - Scar Crag - Causey Pike - back via Rannerdale Pass, with Finlay. Good! Clouds didn't clear like we'd hoped, but fun.
Although inner ankle on left foot started niggling near the end... need to not over-do it.
