Biking (Ellsworth Truth) 1:35:00 [3] 15.0 mi (9.5 mph)
ahr:106 max:139

Rode north to Theo single track and completed two loops w/Mo. Took a longer way home, but was happy to get out in the world after sitting on my duff watching the Vikings this afternoon.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Orienteering race 1:05:00 [4] **** 5.6 mi (11:36 / mi)
ahr:180 max:198 16c

O-meet at Lake Maria. I was farily hesitant on controls 1-4, mostly due to lack of time on a detailed map recently and the fast pace of O-controls. Got lost in an abyss of prickly ash on my way to CP3 that I basically had to crawl out of. Felt a little disoriented after that, which continued to CP4. Ran trails most of the way to CP5 and finally got into the map and focused. Ran a pretty clean race after that, so definitely happy with the run for the first time back to O in a while. Made a few "special" route choices to make things interesting. The northern part of Lake Maria is always fun (too bad the southern half is getting greener). Time doesn't include plotting CPs at the start (which was ~3.5 minutes). Also clocked a new max HR on the final hill to the finish - didn't know I could go that high....
