Running (Lund) 30:00 [1]

I'm reading very intense for my exam next week, but the weather is so fine, so I managed to find 30 minutes for a jogging tour through Marvika.

Running intervals (Lund) 1:02:00 intensity: (30:00 @1) + (12:00 @2) + (4:00 @3) + (16:00 @4)

I ran some intervalls, 'cause I didn't had enough time for a good old long run (as I wanted). Started with 20 min warm-up, then I ran 4 x 4 intervalls with 2 min. active recovery on asphalt (flat... almost). COol-down, and I understood that the training took almost as much time as if I ran 90 min long-run.

KSO at Sommero.
Big mistake at one control, otherwise nice speed and technical performance.

(+ 25 min warm-up and 15 min cool-down)
