Rainy day so a good time to get on the trainer now that it's set up (with t.v.)
Finding the road bike quite uncomfortable so I think I should make some adjustments.

Ankle is a lot better. I forgot about it when I first got up till I hurt it. So it doesn't hurt to bear weight on it. The stairs are a little tender though.
