Somehow injured my wrist yesterday morning. Turned it just so and there was a little ping/snap feeling and now my wrist/hand is swollen and hurting. Wish there was an impressive story attached, but no.

I was hoping to do the yoga session tonight but it may have to be a run.

Attended the Banff Mountain Film Festival last night at the Algonquin Theatre in Huntsville. Like the previous three years we met for dinner first with some other adventurous people from Muskoka and discussed everyones many adventures. Usually we have seen eachother at the Sunday afternoon snowshoe outings or some xcountry skiing but the weather this year has not cooperated. It was nice to catch up and hear about peoples trips and activities.
The film festival showed some great clips, but we must have hit the wrong night for the action filled videos. Most of us were looking forward to the extreme biking, climbing and kayaking videos. Last night's clips were more documentaries on a calmer note. Still very beautiful and interesting to say the least.

Got up at 5:30 am and while having my coffee decided that I don't think i'd like to exercise at 6:30 in the morning. Then Larry said the famous " You'll regret it if you don't go...bla..bla..bla..."

So I went and, OMG, that was killer!

Today, I'm feeling the results of Bootcamp. It is definitely more than just cardio work :)
