The Limberlost Challenge: pretty hot run but such beautiful trails! Hope to get back there this summer for another run.

Wasn't sure I could do run that distance. I'm feeling pretty pumped about my accomplishment ( with not really being a runner and all...)

Note

The Achilles tedon on my left foot has been tender for weeks (actually in both my feet). After last night's run, the left foot had some swelling. Looked like a bubble and quite sore. Iced it and brought the swelling down a bit. Quite a bit better this morning. If I do my Gull lake swim tonight, i think it will help a bit more.

Lots of time in the saddle practicing drills at the YMCA in Collingwood for the Cycling Course. loved it! Very informative and a great group of people!
