Little chilly today but nice and sunny.
My efforst were slowed today by the Muskoka falls ps out for their electives. Fun to watch those little kids trying so hard.
I think I finally figured out why my right knee keeps hurting when I do the longer skis.It seems that if I ski the right side of the sets of tracks all the time my right leg is sitting higher. Today I switched it up and it was much better.Guess it's like running the same side of the road all the time.
A very social snowshoe with Debbie at 7:30. Hence the level "2" intensity.
No need for a headlamp thanks to the full moon, except in the heavily treed sections. Little chilly when we stopped to talk (-24 with the windchill)
Wow! What a great ski!
Was tired today and decided to do a leisurely ski and not worry about my pace. In turn, my technique felt pretty good.
Started the ski with the Tamarack trail along the marsh, in the full sun.Just like recharging my batteries. Hopefully absorbed some vitamin D, with the little skin I had showing. Enjoyed it so much, I skied this stretch three times.
Had to cut the trails with Larry after another dumping. Crazy!!! Was wearing my heart rate monitor for the first time and was getting a little worried. That would have put me at a level 5 but we only did the trails once , so I put a "4"
