Buckwallow...double track and baby single track. But it was biking.

Second time on the bike for me since my back problems started. Didn't want to log it yesterday in case I was suffering too much today and then maybe would have to stop all activity again. Two weeks ago I hurt myself in the dismount and suffered for a week!

Today, I feel good!
