Early morning Hardy lake with Sandy.

running 26:00 [4]

Feeling nauseous off and on for the last couple of days. My plan is to not pay attention to it and it will go away(?)

Short loop at Hardy Lake. Not a soul there so the entire park was mine to enjoy. Didn't run real fast but I ran. Water levels are quite high and the creeks are much bigger.Got my feet a little wet in some muddy sections that were camouflaged by the leaves.

Off to a massage appointment which is gonna' feel pretty good after yesterday's push-ups.

mountain bike (approx.) 2:00:00 [3]

From home to Southwood rd. , Muldrew lake rd and Old stone road trail with Paula and two new friends who are avid bikers. Great ride but sooooo much water. We all had soaked and very cold feet. Jennifer tried to ride through a puddle that was way too deep and fell over with her feet clipped in. This was a blind date for Jennifer with a fellow from Huntsville named Jim. I think he was impressed with how " bad- ***ed she was. But I'm betting she was cold!

hiking (approx.) 2:00:00 [3]

Hardy lake trails with Paula to stretch our muscles after the bike ride and get as much outdoor time into this great fall day. We were so cold after lunch and even hot chocolate so we could have been talked into napping easily. But we warmed up pretty quickly while hiking although the hat, gloves and three layers probably helped.
