orienteering 4:12:00 [4]

Raid The Hammer. Some intensity was probably a level 5, and others a 3, when searching for the checkpoint (#8). Too tired to write anymore except great race! Not sure of the time anymore will have to check the results.

Surely a bad total time but felt we navigated quite well (just not that fast).

hiking 30:00 [3]

Decided to geocache post race because there were some great areas to check out. So we headed to Webster's Falls and Tew's Falls. Webster's Falls is quite the tourist area. Not much of a wilderness setting but quite spectacular. The hike to the cahe, however, took us down the stairs and all along a very slick trail along the river (and back!).

Maybe not the best post race activity plus we never found the cache! Trew's falls was easier and we found it.

Great day out with the girls and our first race of any kind together and also first outing this year.

running 26:00 [4]

Feeling nauseous off and on for the last couple of days. My plan is to not pay attention to it and it will go away(?)

Short loop at Hardy Lake. Not a soul there so the entire park was mine to enjoy. Didn't run real fast but I ran. Water levels are quite high and the creeks are much bigger.Got my feet a little wet in some muddy sections that were camouflaged by the leaves.

Off to a massage appointment which is gonna' feel pretty good after yesterday's push-ups.
