Got up at 5:30 am and while having my coffee decided that I don't think i'd like to exercise at 6:30 in the morning. Then Larry said the famous " You'll regret it if you don't go...bla..bla..bla..."

So I went and, OMG, that was killer!

Today, I'm feeling the results of Bootcamp. It is definitely more than just cardio work :)

running (treadmill) 35:00 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (30:00 @4)

Although i prefer the great outdoors, I am glad for the new Y seeing as I usually don't run much in the winter.
