So far, this week, I've dragged my butt out of bed between 5 and 5:30 four mornings out of five. And I'm getting used to it! The only exception being the morning after working an evening shift, with the thinking there being that sleep is equally as important.
Then, next week again with the hopes that it will be a habit. Only the trip to Cuba with Danielle the following week will kind of set things back , I think :)
