Note

So far, this week, I've dragged my butt out of bed between 5 and 5:30 four mornings out of five. And I'm getting used to it! The only exception being the morning after working an evening shift, with the thinking there being that sleep is equally as important.

Then, next week again with the hopes that it will be a habit. Only the trip to Cuba with Danielle the following week will kind of set things back , I think :)

Note

Stupid horse!!! (that I normally love a lot) threw me off onto my back today. The good news is I can walk (which was my first worry when I was laying on the ground). But I am pretty stiff and sore. Feels like there is a bit of swelling in there. Better keep moving or I might seize up!

So...it should take about 2 weeks to develop a new habit. i am trying to get up at 5:30 each morning to be t the gym for 6:15. Two days so far. fingers crossed!
