Guessing at the time, forgot to check my watch.
My back is improving everyday. No serious damage I'm sure. Just swelling and bruising. Not ready for any intense workouts as climbing the stairs still aggravates it. But swimming is a nice no-impact activity. might try a snowshoe this aft.

Met up with Lori at Arrowhead park and enjoyed a nice, gentle snowshoe. I was a little concerned about my back because it ended up quite sore after the swim. Who'd have thunk!
But it feels better after the snowshoe. maybe I'llstick to that and walking till it's healed a bit more.
