Lots of time in the saddle practicing drills at the YMCA in Collingwood for the Cycling Course. loved it! Very informative and a great group of people!

Been a while since I've done a spin class. Figured I'd better do one before the course on Saturday. Birdybird joined me for his first spin class and he loved it! he's going to sign up for some this winter in holland.

Swimming with a somewhat newbie today. May not be as much of a workout. But I love it when people are willing to start a new activity!

Emily did great! She swam across 2x, completing roughly 1320 meters. Love that enthusiasm.

Short loop Hardy Lake. Didn't check the time. Had one spill when my favourite song "Fallout" started palying. Ironic?

Muldrew Lake rd with Larry and Birdybird at dinner time. Mostly road with a short section of soft sandy c%*p at the end.

Rode Romeo first thing this morning so did some extra moves to stretch those inner thighs.
