Very icy conditions but Sandi and I went slow because she fell a few times and was nervous. As a result, I was completely frozen! Should have layered up, Live and learn. Nice to get outside!

Got home at 5:30 to find the back door to the porch had been opened by the cat. The house was freezing! Scarfed down a bagel and a hot chocolate and made it to spin at the Bike Shop for 6:05. Everyone was running late so it didn't matter. Phew! Feel great now. Glad I went.

Tough class with Daryll as instructor. Big part of the class was definitely a level 5! Making a real effort to get more hours on the bike to prepare for the Cancer ride in June. Lots of time left , i think something like 105 days (?)
