Strained my iliopsoas (left side) a few days back, probably doing some core work. Didn't realize it at the time. But noticed my lower back was sore on the left side and that I couldn't raise my knee or leg on that side. So I've been favouring it and making sure I don't aggravate it. Couldn't do a high knee run in the Fit Camp class last night. but could do everything else. (putting on my sock or pants is challenging)
Seems to be getting better already because my back is not as sore. We'll see how long this takes. The Achilles tendon is completely better as is that left shoulder. The left side of my body is giving me a lot of grief!
