Shorten regular loop. Trying to have 30-40 min runs every other day and longer 1hr-1+ runs for the rest. Still need to work up the everyday running regime. We'll see how long i can stick with it.

Old Mill trailhead-DV Main Loop-Sulphur Springs-Wilson. Pretty good conditions on the trails - 75% trails, 25% road (uphill).

Reverse loop - Garth-Chedoke-Scenic-Paradise. Long uphill on the radial trail. Nice day out.

Considering the non training all week, felt pretty good out there. For all the late nites and drinking especially the tequila-beer outing last nite, thought i'd be in rougher shape today...surprisingly i'm feeling great (go figure). Need to increase volume over the next month to prepare for DGL

Regular Paradise-Scenic-Chedoke-Garth Loop. About 10min faster this week. Felt really good on the run and wasn't pushing it either.

Escarpment Rally with Hammer, Sudden and Pillar. First 2 loops at a lower intensity and picked it up on the last 2 loops skipping out on the Lowery - figured it would have been icy, confirmed by Hammer and Pillar.

Interval with the gang. Hill loop destroyed me. Least favourite interval session of them all

THOMASS Loops. Jostling with The Henderson throughout the entire race. He beat me solidly at the end.

Slept 10hrs but still not feeling tip-top. Decided to run since its nice outside (despite a smog advisory!). Easy run Paradise-Scenic-ChedokeRadial- QueenStairs-Garth and home. Legs are definately tired now!

Escarpment Rally with Hammer, Griz, Nina, DieHard, Fossil and OrienTired. Speaking of which, pretty fatigued and really showed today. Going to try to catch up on some sleep and get some healthier food intake then what i've had as of late. I figure the inconsistent training regime also has something to do with it as well. Need to supplement running with something else. Would love to get a trainer for the bike but can't afford to dish out the dough at this time.
