| Running in Urban Waterloo. Down from my house to Victoria and back up on the Iron Horse Trail. Felt good, need to work back up running stamina. Gotta prepare for Raid the Rib. |

| Finally getting nice out so my crappy commuter bike won't freeze. I think i scared my quads, they were a tad shaky after the ride. A few gradual inclines both ways on a crappy bike makes for a fairly rough ride. |

| 40min of bouldering at the university wall. Arms now feel like jelly and can't move fingers properly. Little too intense and need to gain some finger and arm strength. |

| AM - Back in the Hammer for the morning and hammered out a fast 5km run. Felt a little sluggish, haven't ran for a while but thought it was a wonderful 3 degrees outside so why not! |
