Tuesday Sep 28

Running 42:00 [3]
A little MAC-combo with the Strack-Attack. Started off trail running, then log jumping, bushwhacking and then road running! Crazy South Shore trail. Perhaps we should listen to the closed trail signs next time!

Sunday Sep 26

Running 37:00 [3]
Neighbourhood run. Leg tired from bike the day before

Saturday Sep 25

Cycling 2:00:00 [3]
DV long ride. Nice day out!

Sunday Sep 19

Running 1:00:00 [3]
Spencer' Gorge to BT lookout and down. Running with Mr. Anderson and Strack-Attack. Felt good despite stuffiness cause of remaining cold

Thursday Sep 16

Note
Been a little fatigued lately. I think the body is suffering from the last race. Going to need time to recoup from this since my last bike from school killed me. Going to taper then start training for DGL Hammer in the fall.

Tuesday Sep 14

Cycling 1:00:00 [2]
Ride to school went well, ride home killed me. Body is hurting, needs time to recover.

Saturday Sep 11

Adventure Race 13:30:00 [3]
ARC Muskoka. Really fun race, very RTN like treking. Got turned around once during the nav/trek section but recovered fairly well. Had to do a lot of swimming to catch up (my least favourite) and finished 7th overall and 4th in the co-ed division. Lost out to ours friends on team MBR but they were strong in the end and deserved the podium! Almost bonked close to the end but nothing as serious as before, thinking it was low blood-sugar and general fatigue. Teammates were awesome as always and enjoyed this race although my body is really suffering from this one.

Wednesday Sep 8

Cycling 30:00 [2]
Commute to school
Cycling 25:00 [4]
After a few pints and some food attempted the ride home in some piss pouring rain. Perhaps it was the alcohol but made it home in record time and pushed it hard. Training at its best :)

Tuesday Sep 7

Running 17:00 [2]
Bayfront park warm-up for intervals
Running 12:00 [5]
12 X 1min intervals. 1min hard and 1min med speed pace. Felt good, day off helped. Have to do more interval training after this weekends race and train up for the Hammer in Nov.

Sunday Sep 5

Running 40:00 [2]
Iroquoia Heights-Chedoke Radial-Lowery-Scenic Dr Loop. Felt decent yet legs were a bit tired.

Saturday Sep 4

Running 50:00 [3]
DV trail run. Trying to keep the legs loose for next weekends race. Felt tired on the hills, still not recovered from last weekends race
Cycling 20:00 [2]
Road ride to cool down. Trying to throw some block training while am at it.

Friday Sep 3

Cycling 30:00 [2]
commute to work...coming home blew a flat at the Chedoke stairs...go figure i didn't have a spare tube or pump. Nice walk home after that!

Wednesday Sep 1

Cycling 40:00 [2]
Commute to work. Leg feel tired still, going to take it easy this week and recover fully but will do some lite training for ARC race in weeks time. Dont want to push it too hard yet.
