| Ontario Cup Mountain Bike Race at Kelso. Intensity ranged from 4-5, due to climbs and hike-a-bike because of muddy conditions. Completed 2 laps out of 3. Bailed out after the 2nd lap due to gnarly muddy conditions. Had the wrong tires on for the event. Good training though for upcoming tri and AR races in the next 2 weeks. |
