Ontario Cup Mountain Bike Race at Kelso. Intensity ranged from 4-5, due to climbs and hike-a-bike because of muddy conditions. Completed 2 laps out of 3. Bailed out after the 2nd lap due to gnarly muddy conditions. Had the wrong tires on for the event. Good training though for upcoming tri and AR races in the next 2 weeks.

MTB at Kelso. Training with my team for the Milton ESAR race. Intensity ranged from 3-4 with technical single track. First time out on some serious trails and faired well. Still need to get the biking legs back.

Dundas Valley trails, some fairly steep climbs on the ride. Wasn't out long, just wanted to soak some sun and fresh air.

Cambridge - Dryden Tract Score O. Started off horrible, 19min error going for 5th control (lost!). Recovered fairly well, ended up missing 7 controls. Not a stellar performance by far but good learning experience.
