Sunday Mar 28

Orienteering 1:10:00 [4]
THOMASS Waterloo. Kept up with the Hammer to the first control then got smoked...worth a try! Highlight was beating Tolland in the chase, he looked ragged coming out of that section. Would have never lived it down if the old man beat me!

Thursday Mar 25

Running 1:00:00 [3]
Felt real good today. Not sure if its the weather or what but kept a good pace throughout the whole run, city-trail running where the trails were pretty dicey from melting...good prep for the Raid i suppose. Could have ran longer but need to do some work.

Sunday Mar 21

MTB (basketball) 40:00 [4]
Championship finals for basketball. The tooters lost in a hard fought controversial battle. Meridian played the best ball all semester and set the tone right off the bat. Last 3-4mins of the game had a momentum swing and controversial no call on Hopeful going up with the ball. That sealed the deal for the other team. Its what you call Bullshite! Bad ref - and thats not being a sore loser. Lost by 6 points...crushing defeat. Had fun though!

Friday Mar 19

MTB (basketball)
3-on-3 tournament at Waterloo with Terrace Bay and Hopeful. Won 1 of 3 games. Last two games were strong, first game was horrible. Quick exit out of the tournament but the team had a blast.

Wednesday Mar 17

MTB (basketball) 30:00 [4]
Playoffs for intramural. Went all out on defense tonite, played soild but offense was Shite! We finally won a playoff game after playing 2 years with the boys. Next week we'll get smoked by a team we played in the regular season.

Sunday Mar 14

Orienteering 1:30:00 [4]
McCormack Hills Dundas. Awesome course setting by GHO and Sudden as always. The most difficult THOMASS so far, but faired well. Lots of thorny bushes = slow running, only a few minor errors that cost some time but felt real good orienteering wise. Should have planned route choice better for some controls, doubled back a few times when i shouldn't have if planned better.

Friday Mar 12

MTB (bouldering) 30:00 [3]
crappy bouldering time. arm and finger strength crapped out early, had a few good runs on some problems.

Thursday Mar 11

Running
Just over a 60min run, out with D-day on a city run session trying to build up for DGL. Went through some snow, rain and sleet today ... beautiful

Sunday Mar 7

Orienteering 51:00 [4]
THOMASS @ Heart Lake. A little rusty in the first Box but ran a faster and cleaner run on the second half. Better performace of the Series, course was a perfect length and conditions not crazy snowy as past
Running 40:00 [2]
Warm up with Hammer and Sudden

Wednesday Mar 3

MTB (bouldering) 40:00 [2]
good bouldering session today. arms lasted longer than expected. still need to build more strength for faster recovery on the wall.
