| La Cloche Silhouette Trail - Killarney Provincial Park
Day 1 of 6 - Easy day out (3km) but realized how hilly/rocky the place is from the get-go. Hammer and Pixie warned me about that and luckly brought out the hiking poles for the trip |

| Reservoir Dogs Intervals with Sudden, Fossil and Hammer. Sprints at the end. Didn't do too bad for the first TNT back. Still lacking endurance and took some short cuts in the course to get enough rest time in between (3:40 to 4:00 per loop). Died at the end with the sprints/strides, no Donovan Bailey power at all. |

| DV heritage-main-heritage bread and butter loop. I think i shaved about 5 then i normally run it but it hurt. Haven't sweat like that in long time! |

| Packed the bike in the van before i dropped it off at school. Took a longer way home and felt the burn in the quads from the bike. Nice weather for a ride. |

| Woods running with Hammer and Mr Pither. Pretty harsh welcome back to the Hammer but enjoyed it - part of the DK06 course meaning really damn hilly - Ancaster creek, nuff said! Need to build back the endurance. |

| Raid the Hammer with StrackAttack and Mr.Henderson is the Fall goal. Easing into the intensity and going hard starting Sept. Missed this type of training...but at least i'm back! |
