Beautiful day out. Icy/muddy trails. Foot feeling better. Breaking in new shoes. Quad and calve burn. Have to teach legs how to work again.

Been nursing a sore foot and knee from all the uneven ice running the prior week. Felt better today with all the trails in melt mode. Ended upwith ankle deep soakers crossing numerous streams in the snow. Slushy but fun.

Just rough on the trails with all the ice and snow. My achey knee decided to cut it short but even the rail trail was bonkers, was breaking trail for good few km before i even saw signs of tracks. Just not a fun run. Out with Sudden, TVP and Hastytime for the first half. Likely took TVP and Hasty 2.5 for the regular loop.
