TnT with Hammer, Sudden, TVP, Hastytime, Slice, Bob, theGriz and Greta. Pyramid Intervals high Z4. Not too bad for my first time back in a very long while. Will have to gradually push harder but trying to keep it my race pace tempo for now. Glad that Bob's pace was similar to mine, it always felt disheartening being dropped when i use to do these with the big boys. Best group TnT i've seen in awhile...more people the better.

Westdale-DV-Copetown-Inksetter-Borers-Westdale with Manther and his 2-cubs TVP and Tarno. Started off good but legs were hurting into the second half of the ride on the roads and almost bonking due to an insufficent breakie.

Blueberry pancakes a la pulp fiction, hottub, and strength discussion at the Wadd Sqaud's pad after. Much needed:) Thanks big H!
