| Training for 2006 based on my heart rate monitor (Nov to Nov) since i got lazy to log on AP for a large portion of the year.
155.52 hrs running 43.22 hrs Cycling (all road) 18.00 hrs Orienteering --------- 216.74 Total A few thoughts: * Running increased substantially (over 50% if 2005 values on AP are correct) * 'O' went down just as much * Surprisingly total time was about a 15% increase from 2005 * More consistant with training over the whole year opposed to portions of the years like all previous ones Goal for 2007: * Increase by 15% total for around 250 hrs * Throw in more cross training * Train smart (i.e. reduce injury, listen to body etc) * Have fun:) Races for 2007: * Most likely the ouser 25k series (at least 5) with one 50K (maybe). Going to try to rack up as much <40 OTS points considering i was 7th last year with only doing 2 races in the series. | ||
