| Was going to be a high tempo but Tara started to cramp up in the leg which was good for me since I don't know if I could have held the tempo for an hr. Seriously need to go back to the basics and do intervals again. Good clip though. Awesome day out

| Extremely different from yesterday. This dude was just nuts from the start. Key line of the day "find the 'sit' bones on you butt, there are two of them, they're like buttons, poke em and play with them". That got a few good laughs for obvious connotations. Yoga instructors are a bit strange. |
