| After a rough night Tara, Demetri and I decided to run from Banff to Canmore via the Banff Trail/Rundle Riverside Trail and met everyone else at the Nordic Centre. Around 20K. We did get snow in the morning and the trail was all powder and white with a few cm. By the time we got to Canmore the wind was crazy and the snow was coming down in bunches! The drive home was a little hairy on the roads through the mountains. Really nice run but was pretty hurting by the time we got the Nordic Centre since it was a gradual up run all the way from Banff and I was just dehydrated and hungry. Crazy fun weekend. Need sleep and rest. |
