Hiking (Snowshoeing) 3:00:00 [3]
Wicked day in the mountains. We're getting a fairly big dump of snow in the area and the trails were nice and powdered and an awesome snowfall throughout. Snowshoed the Inkpots which was surprisingly a tough one since its all climb going there. Went with the Strackersons, should have brought poles, got some nice blisters, but had gators. Would have made Zoolander proud.

B5 Loop. Can't remember the last time it snowed this amount - little as it may be. At least its covering the ugly brown of the city. Hoping the mountains get a better dumping. I want to go snowshoeing.

Quads a little torched from yesterday's gear grind. Bit tired as well. Saw a dude running in basketball shorts and a turtleneck argyle sweater. Whats the deal with that?

Very different class when you have a 'good' instructor. Unfortunately the old guy switched to the Tuesdays session but we're getting a mix of people for the next few weeks filling in for him which probably will make it interesting. The chick today was a tough cookie and had us working like mad. Lucky she was cute, made up for her sadistic nature;)

B5 Loop. Felt good towards the end and picked it up a little.

Fundamental class to help correct postures etc. Good and easy and what I needed. Crazy and 5 degrees today.

Note
Was hoping to go to Canmore again today with the Strackersons to ski but just went through a not so fun 48hr stomach bug from eating something bad at that retreat and just have no energy. At least I'm on the mend (I hope). Just need to get hydrated again. Been a rough couple of days.
