I'm a bit sore in my left foot and my right calf. So there'll be no running today as I had planned.

2min running, 1min rest intervals. Went better then I though.
My foot has started to work pretty good but it hurted a bit on the warm up so I took it realy easy on that part.

Warm up for the intervals. The foot wasn't to cooperative. but i wen't better later on the intervals.

Cirkle strenght, got more and more tierd but so it didn't get to intense.

I got soo tierd. I even fell down at one point 'cuse I lost all focus. But it was fun. :)

Nc sport cup/Uppsala night cup in Länna. It didn't go very good, I ended up outside the map. That wasn't the best to do, and it was a realy heavy running becuse of the snow.
Did not completed the race.

Went skiing in Hågadalen with my mom, so it didn't go very fast but it was fun anyway. It was the firsth time in 2 years that I skiied and I even managed to skate 10meters! xD yeeii. Hopefully i'll learn to ski properly.

My foot started to hurt after the 5th control, but was pretty close to the finish so i walked to the 2 last controls. still, it was realy nice terrain so it was fun :)

It was realy Icy, found it a bit hard to run as fast as i would have wanted.
But I'm glad that my foot, legs and knees didn't hurt at all. So soon I hope to be able to start traning as much as i would like.

Ran realy good! I won with 38s before Sofie. So i'm realy pleased with that!
Hopefully I will continue running this good. :)
Got a realy high max heart rate, don't know if it's correct or if my watch got weird..

Went realy well the 5 firsth controls, then i scrued up pretty bad on the firsth 2 controls in the nest/butterfly, then it went well for a few more controls and wen I came to the 15th control i ran right pass it. That was not very smart. Well well. Otherwise it went well :)

Distancejog in Fjällnora while the rest of class travled by iceskates on the lake. Went OK, my foot didn't make to much truble. Had a soar throth from saturdays race but didn't notice that, so that's good. :)

not very fast race, I was certaine that I was to the wrong control at one point but it turned out to be the mine. :) Otherwise I'm pretty pleased.
The foot didin't affect me at all.

Went OK. My legs where realy heavy from the longdistance pass this sunday. but overall, very good running pass :)

Distancerunning in Nåsten. Ran on big trails, small trails and a little bit "off road". The foot worked realy good so it went better then I expected.
