Ran Tisdagsbana F, it suppoused to be 7.2 but i ran a bit wrong at one place so it got a few hundred meters longer.
And I got company by a horse the last 400m when we ran through a pasture.

It soppoused to be a warm up, but I tryed to keep the others pace so it became a warm up/tempo training for me instead.
But I was so happy to be able to keep the others pace all the way :)

did 8 of 'em, I think I could have run a bit faster but now I know that for next time. =)

Lowintense running. Tryed to keep my moms pace but it didn't go very well, just ran faster all the time. Thats good, didn't feel anything in my knee either.

Last day of O-ringen. Hunting start, love that. It went really well, missed a bit to the firsth control but after that nothing.
Between my 3rd and 4th control I had a tail of runners behind me so I desided to run a bit faster and shake'm off, and that worked.
I finished 31th, which I'm quite satisfeid with. =)

4th leg of O-ringen. Felt really bad before start and during the course, But I ran quite good despite that.
And when I came to the finishpunch I got to know that I'd misspunched.
talk about being in a bad mood after that.

Was to angry to think or do anything after my race so I went out to ran a while to cool down. It worked really well. and it felt good to run too, had no problems with my foot or my knee.

rest day at O-ringen. I'll try to rest and get the energy back in my legs so that I can run as I would like tomorrow since I have 10min to take in on Torun. I love a good challenge.

Firsth stage of O-ringen 2009. I'm not totaly satisfeid with my race, missed 1min at one control and I did 2 stupied choice of paths which I lost about 2,5min on. But beside that would I say that I did a good race.

Testrunning a course for Linnéklassikern.
much pure running. Went realy good, nailed every control and keept the pace up.
