not very fast race, I was certaine that I was to the wrong control at one point but it turned out to be the mine. :) Otherwise I'm pretty pleased.
The foot didin't affect me at all.

Got a bit of soar throth from the race today in Norrtälje.
Probably nothing but i think i should take it easy today and tomorrow.

Tisdagsbana G. 8.4km running + about 1km warmup. (6min)
Went OK. My legs where realy heavy from the longdistance pass this sunday. but overall, very good running pass :)
