Tennis-OL. I ran with Karna, Johanna and Jennie. I kept the 10s distace to Karna pretty good. Lost a little bit of time in the end but not to much. Twisted my ankle, not to bad though. Coold it down in a stream and then I walked back.

I walk some controls today 'cuse of my foot. Wen't realy well. I think I walked pretty fast and I spiked every control so I'm happy.

Did some runningschool on a slope by the finnish while the other's where out running the course. My foot felt better today, but it still hurts a bit.
I'm not gonna run this afternoon.

It started realy well, spiked every controll untill no.3, then I hurted myself, go a stick on the inside of my foot, it hurted pretty bad but I though, Well it can't be to bad, So I kept on running, and got the no. 5. Then It hurted to much so I couln't run anymore, so I walked back.

First day of 10-Mila traning camp with OK Linné. I ran with Johanna and Jennie. It didn't go to well, we only spiked 3 of 9 controls.
I have to say that there was an intresting terrain though. I'll get used to it.

realy heavy running in the snow. my left knee stated to hurt a bit after maybe 4km but not to much. Later on, after pherhaps 6km it started to hurt pretty bad. But then it wasn't very far to go.

Went skiing in Hågadalen/Nåsten, realy slow pace. Had a bad ski-wax and it was realy slippery. Fell and hurted me left knee and hip, so i'll see tomorrow if i should rest a bit or if it dosen't matter.
