Måsen Relay. Went ok, have done better races. My R.knee hurted a bit in the end but not to much and my L.foot felt a bit soar. Was at the finish at the same time as Peter Öberg, had no chance in the world to try to keep his pace. But it was fun. :) Now I can finaly say that the orienteering season 2009 has began.

Nice and icefree roads, not much gravel and not to windy either.

Intervals on the Cross-Trainer with Sofie, Johan and Anders at Ultuna F&S. Fun but exhausting. :)

Natträvarnas Natt (Night-O). Didn't went well, the fristh 3 controls went great but then I started to make misstakes, looked after the 4th control for 20minutes before I found it, I was firsth there and it was completly covered in snow. And the 5th control was just terrible, couldn't find it, we where 5 people looking for it and none of us found it.
After 25minutes I ran back.

30/60 intervals in Stadsskogen, My knee started to hurt at the last 3 intervals. But not to much, could still run propertly.

Cool down after the intervals. hurted a bit in the knee.

Pavement all the way, not good for my knee.

Realy bad race, to much pavement before start and during the course. My right knee hurted pretty bad. Coudn't concentrate on the orienteering so it didn't go well.

felt a bit tardy, but ran faster then I thought. Otherwise I felt good and we'll se how I do tomorrow at the NC Cup final, but there shoudn't be any problem.

Felt OK.
