Ran Rodhen Night-O with Helena. I was the one orienteering and running. But it was fun anyway.

Running on the treadmill at the gym. I'm starting to pick up the training again since my injuries dosn't boughter me too much anymore.

Ok, City-OL/Distance running. So fun! Was a bit worried about my knee but it felt fine, my foot hurted a bit though at the end.
But the rest of my injuries didn't make a note of 'em selfs, so i'm quite pleased with the outcome of todays training.
