Been sick for a few days, ran fast but had to stop often to catch my breath. Maybe that was good, 'cuse the map wasn't correct everywhere but i had a good guess on where i were when i stoped.
Missed on one control, but only 30s maybe.
But no more running this week, only indoor training.
