very happy that I made the whole 30 min. legs burning like crazy. easier than the other day.

ate perfect today. missed my last snack but drank plenty of water 100 oz

only 25 min on treadmill. my legs were burning so bad. my heart rate stayed up and i was sweating. if i can push past the pain i can last alot longer. i did make myself go 25, i wanted to quit after 5.

did walk away the pounds, walking, kickboxing movements.
my legs were on fire, little heavy breathing. 33 min

Wii fit. 25 min. some were harder than others, my heart rate stayed up. did running, step, and hula hooping(harder than it sounds).

My legs were killing me. Not so tough that I couldn't talk, but breathing heavy.
