strength (rock climbing) 1:00:00 [1]

walk/hike/snowshoe (hiking, scrambling) 2:00:00 [1]

longer than 2hrs but the scrambling was 4th class climbing, not much aerobic or strength required. very pretty hike to/from Crystal Lake where climb was

backpacking (backpacking) 4:00:00 [1] 8.5 mi (28:14 / mi)

Flat hike along the Lyell Fork of the Tuolomne River, Yosemite Nat'l Park. Hot. Saw a baby marmots. Drank Sierra Nevada, of course, at the TM Grill, before catching the shuttle back to Mammoth.
