Since my 2 rides in 2 days I've had intermittent ITBS (illiotibial band syndrome) issues in the left leg when walking. I had this happen when we went to London last March, due to all the walking in new untested shoes (brand I don't normally buy). I guess I overdid it with those 2 rides since I haven't ridden in 4 months. I'm currently reading a
cyclist's web page about his experience and ways to fix the problem. Hopefully I'll get something out of it.
