10 alternating toe touches
10 ball slams
vacuum the stairs

Workout:
3 rounds (using dumbbells):
10 single arm rows (5 #)
10 French presses (5 #)
10 stomach crunches
10 bicep curls (5 #)
10 lateral raises (5 #)

Finished with 10 box jumps onto the bottom stair (wimpy I know).

13 Kettlebell figure 8s (5 lbs)
10 dumbbell flat chest presses (5 lbs)
10 shrugs (5 lbs)

Ended with 10 stomach crunches
