I'm back. After much trouble with the IT band since R2R2R, it appears I have turned the corner. Felt great to follow up a 3 hour trail run at tiger on Sunday with a 9.5m on the roads and trail today. Kept the pace consistently in the 8:15 range. Very happy.

Awesome long run at Tiger with captain W. 3,2,1,E,1,2,3 and down. Only about 5 mins off normal pace and knee did not bother me. Yeah!!!!
