Just a short one this am.

I suppose this was a long run, but I only covered 11 km...

Spectated some Godzone today, and after that went for a jog up the St Arnaud Range, which turned into a hands on knees walk towards the top. I think the top 500 m took me 15 min, bahaha.

No time to explore ridgeline sadly as it was getting quite late :( another day.

Took the downhill pretty cruisy. Very enjoyable overall.

Grampians. Slower up the climb than I have been but felt like I was pacing it quite well. Still it's always a beast.

Felt quite unwell after this, though ok at the time... sleep deprivation ++. Don't know how these crazy Godzoners do it.
