josh ran with me, he had to walk end cause of legs. felt bad, but i wasnt running fast.

used the euiptment we ran to. actually had a little workout prepared for you which was conveniant... and embarassing well all the other people came and just showed us up.
did some cardio interval things with josh in backyrad.
lunges,burpes, squats, bycicle on ground,pushups then 2min run x3
boxing. 2 mins straight x2
right,left,side,uppercut. x12 ( twice )

not sure of time. at glendale with few other "juniors"
400m runs x4
got there half way through ( i blame josh bein late ) but still enjoyed it. never really done group sessions before so that was good.
